Briata & Associati was founded in the fifties by Francesco Briata, who was appointed as a bankruptcy trustee for the first time. With more than 60 years of experience in turnaround management, this wealth of knowledge now forms the basis of our turnaround advisory services. We have a wide network of consultants across all disciplines and our aim simple, to work with businesses that are in crisis and put them back on a path towards growth. Our primary purpose is to avoid insolvency, but when this is not possible, we are able to find the best bankruptcy procedure for our clients.

Dott. Gianni Briata
Appointed bankruptcy trustee, financial advisor, and expert of the Court since 1982, Gianni is our business and law consultant, and partner at Briata&Associati. He gives seminars on turnaround managment and insolvency proceedings. Due to his general approach, his advice covers any and all problems, possibly arising in critical situations and insolvency proceedings.
